The Desert Valley Mountain Lions are a professional baseball team based in Van Horn, TX that will begin play in 2010. The Mountain Lions are a franchise of the Continental Baseball League, which is not affiliated with Major or Minor League Baseball. The Mountain Lions will play a neutral site schedule and will not have a "true" home city in 2010, playing home games in Roswell, Taos, and Rio Rancho. The ownership group has been transfered to Ron Baron, President of the CBL.
